We are looking for down-to-earth team members that are looking to have fun! Of course, we want to keep it as professional as possible. But we want to make sure we all love what we are doing. Just because you are a Digital Marketer you may also be asked to do various other tasks too. So technically we are looking for a unicorn!

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various online channels
  • Implement the right tracking tools so that we can understand where our inbound business is coming from and make better, data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on creation of general outbound and inbound content including written copy and visual assets for all marketing-related tasks
  • Utilizing Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Googel Keyword Planner, and various other marketing tools
  • Update and monitor client reports. Ongoing analysis of key metrics to deliver insightful analysis and optimizations.
  • Content creation for products/campaign announcements on various channels such as emails (Mailchimp) and social media (Twitter/Facebook/Instagram, etc.), including accountability for all social media channels
  • Creating sales promotions and campaigns, while collecting and monitoring data to help drive future sales strategies
  • Creating digital marketing plans/scheduling for our current brand, in addition to future brands
  • Assist in managing our website (through WordPress), including SEO and SEO analysis
  • Research and monitor current and future expected market trends for our industry
  • Liaising with external marketing/creative agencies for various projects, as needed
  • Assist with business development opportunities and our Community department
Qualifications
  • Passionate about the digital world
  • Portfolio of work to present
  • Someone who loves to learn
  • Graduated from a college or university would be nice but if you have an amazing portfolio that will win!
