We are looking for down-to-earth team members that are looking to have fun! Of course we want to keep it as professional as possible. But we want to make sure we all love what we are doing. Just because you are a web developer you may also be asked to do various other tasks too. So technically we are looking for a unicorn!

Responsibilities
  • You have 2 years of experience as a front-end developer with Wordpress expertise
  • You have developed custom Wordpress themed websites that you can share with us
  • You're able to clearly articulate your knowledge and reasoning to technical and non-technical team members
  • You question the status quo, take ownership of your work, and proactively identify and address issues and opportunities
  • You insist on using great tools — you’re excited to work in an open environment where you and your colleagues embrace change and new resources in order to achieve the ultimate goal What you'll do
  • Collaborate in a thoughtful and generative way with the team to design and develop our new website
  • Write clean, modular and robust code What we are looking for in a successful candidate
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, PHP , MySQL
  • Experience with complex layouts, responsive design & flexbox, as well as understand cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Understanding cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Experience with version control – we use GitHub
Qualifications
  • Passionate about the digital world
  • Portfolio of work to present
  • Someone who loves to learn
  • Graduated from a college or university would be nice but if you have an amazing portfolio that will win!
